Straw yellow with noticeable hints of chartreuse radiating along the edge. That's the first thing you'll notice about Dark Horse Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose it contains multitudes. Its citrus is lively, but you won't get your typical California Sauvignon Blanc. There's more than just grass and green pepper.
Eventually, you'll discover that tropical fruit takes center stage, though a juicy green pepper pulls back the curtain before a refreshing dose of acidity. Overall, there are great citrus components and no oak. It's crisp, lively and refreshing.
