I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Moscato d' Asti White Wine is typically quite pale yellow in color, though can vary vintage to vintage. The bubbles are refined and subtle and help to elevate the aromas and flavors. Fragrant and alluring, this is a sweet wine with layers of complexity, great balance and subtle acidity. This white wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks until the alcohol level reaches desired level in which the perlage, or fizz, typical of Moscato is produced.
