I was really excited to try this but I found it just okay. I wish I had looked at the ingredients beforehand. It is literally spring water with CO2 added (sparkling water) with grape juice concentrate and preservatives. It tastes just like it sounds— like sparkling water and white grape juice. If you are worried about sugar or carbs at all, you would be better off making your own with a diet white grape juice
