I loved trying new sake in Japan. You can't get the good stuff from Japan here in Texas, but this is close. It's the best I've had here in the states.
KUROSAWA Junmai Kimoto

Made using the Kimoto method and a bit on the dry side, this sake is very approachable and flexible.
