Product description

Troublemaker Rosé is a refreshing, light-bodied blend of Valdiguié, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Valdiguié, a red grape that originates from the south of France, adds bright red fruit notes to the wine, while Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre add subtle berry notes and an element of complexity. Grapes for Troublemaker Rosé are sourced from vineyards in the Paso Robles Highlands District. Harvested at night in mid-September, the fruit arrived at the winery cold, where it went direct to press and was fermented together. Troublemaker Rosé was produced using the direct pressing method, where individual lots of grapes were pressed whole cluster with no maceration time resulting in an incredibly light pink color. The juice from these grapes was then fermented separetly, by varietal and aged in stainless steel tanks before blending. After the final blend was assembled, the wine was gently crossflow filtered before bottling.
