Ageing: Stainless steel and bottle Colour: Limpid red ruby Bouquet: Good intensity and complexity, vinous and with fresh red fruit fragrance as cherry, black cherry, strawberry and some reminiscence of black pepper Taste: Dry with pleasant acidity and soft tannins, balanced and intense Great with grilled white and red meats, pasta with tomato sauce, cold cuts.
