Product description

The grapes for this delicious wine are grown in the area of the Languedoc that is known for its Pinot Noir. The rolling hills are made up of limestone, calcareous clay and sand which is very good for these grapes. And with the weather yielding somewhere between 300 and 330 days of sunshine per year, these grapes produce a Pinot Noir that is consistent from year to year. A deep garnet in color with tints of violet, this wine shows very nice ripe red cherry aromas with hints of earth and flowers. On the palate, there are plenty of dark red cherry flavors, with ample mid-palate texture and well-integrated tannins. And since the vineyards are not in expensive Burgundy territory, this wine is priced to drink everyday! The’perdrisières’ name comes from the partridge that live in the open lands nearby.
