Poderi Cellario E’ Grino
Grignolino / Piedmonte, Italy
Grino is a mythological figure, but in some dialects in the center of Italy it refers to two opposite things: both a volorous person and a coward person. In a nutshell: a "phenomenon"! Extravagant wine from spontaneous fermentation with a maceration of 3/5 days. Not fined. Aged in cement tanks for 8 months. Wine produced with eco-friendly cultivation techniques and certified by the association “Suolo E Salute”. The “almost pink” color gives character to the wine. The nose is spicy and fruity. The mouth is round and ends with a nice tannin. Presented in a fun white bottle of one liter, this wine can be paired with any delicate food and it is perfect as an aperitif “a bit unconventional”. Our suggestion for the summer: cool the wine for a little while before the tasting!View all products by Poderi CellarioCalifornia Residents: Click here for Proposition 65 WARNING
