Fruit for this Napa Valley wine is sourced from two of the valley's most renowned sub-appellations: Oakville and Stag's Leap District. The fruit is combined with other grapes from a number of the area's finest vineyards, creating a cabernet sauvignon wine that is the perfect expression of the region. This Robert Mondavi red wine undergoes 24 days of grape-skin-to-juice contact to maximize the extraction of varietal character while keeping the tannins fleshy and supple. This is a great bottle of Cabernet! It's subtle yet smooth and has a great flavor. I love this wine with cheese or Italian food. The price point is pretty good on a bottle of this quality. It doesn't taste too sweet or artificial.

Great basic red wine. The hotel I worked at served this and it was always a pleaser. I've purchased several times on my own and always enjoy it. Very smooth and has beautiful notes of dark berries. Great value too!

Honestly, this is my favorite go to wine. It's pretty smooth, and has some amazing flavors. I definitely use an aerator with this wine, but for the price you can't beat it! Most grocery store trips, this one usually ends up in my cart!
