This is my primary red wine. It's inexpensive yet complex enough to be interesting and a pleasant, smooth taste. It stands up to competition two and three times more expensive.

Wrong item given. I was given a sauvignon blanc rather than the Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a really decent cabarnet for the price. It’s one of my go to wines when I don’t want to spend tons of money.

The best inexpensive Cabernet around
Anyone can have a great label, but it's what's inside that counts. Dark Horse is possible because of the unstoppable visionaries who pour everything into creating these shockingly good wines. Based in Modesto, CA, this tireless team has taken Dark Horse from complete unknown to a real contender. Leading the charge is Beth Liston, a winemaker crazy enough to believe that with the right planning and technique, a reasonably priced wine could actually be ridiculously good. Pretty bold if you think about it.
