Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County Produced using hand-harvested fruit from carefully selected vineyards in prime appellations in Sonoma County, CrossBarn Cabernet Sauvignon offers structure and weight in balance with pure concentrated fruit. Winemaking Night-harvested 26-day total maceration Primary fermentation using selected yeasts  Aged 17 months in French and American oak, 14% new Notes Deep crimson in color, this Sonoma County cabernet sauvignon has aromas of Bing cherry, black currant, clove, and cinnamon.  Concentrated and structured with fine grain tannins, chewy and mouth coating leading to a long finish.
