Winemaker Joe Hurliman crafts Jeunesse Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon to offer up bright and fresh fruit characteristics with just enough unique complexity to let you know it is a Baron Herzog wine. It is a deep purple color with bright aromatics of cherry and violets. The palate features more berry flavors with hints of blackcurrant and vanilla. With a soft, accessible texture the wine can be drunk on its own, though it is also great with grilled hangar steak or pizza.
