Domaine De La Cotelleraie Saint Nicolas De Bourgueil 'Les Perruches'

It is within the appellation Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and more specifically on gravel hills, that is the "Perruches". The montils are a thick layer of siliceous clayey gravels with deep iron dirt. This terroir is planted only with Cabernet Franc, at least 25 years old. Very beautiful Saint Nicolas De Bourgueil, brilliant and intense with notes of ripe fruit: the attack on the palate develops on a tannic structure, velvety and silky, with a rich and concentrated finish. This wine can be perfectly paired with meat dishes in sauce but also with various cheese platters
