Product description
Pale straw colour with greenish reflections, bright and clean. This is a Jerez style Fino: fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with almonds and bakery notes. Dry and crisp on the palate, yet rich and with a full finish. Aged under a veil of yeast, called “flor”, in Bodega Las Cruces in Jerez de la Frontera. The inland climate in the town of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine.

FAQs
Sherry is a fortified wine from Andalucía, Spain. All sherry is made from three types of green grapes - palomino, moscatel and pedro ximenez. The youngest sherry produced will be at least three years, but many are much older.
There is a wide range of sweetness levels when it comes to Sherry wines. They can range anywhere from very sweet to very dry.
Because sherry comes in so many different styles, there is an ideal one to pair with every dish. The classic pairing goes like this: If it swims - fino. If it flies - amontillado. If it runs - oloroso.
Sherry is aged above ground, and is fortified, which most wines are not. The harvest is not as important when creating sherry and 98% of sherry is non-vintage.
