Product description
Using an ancient Ethiopian recipe and made from pure honey, this semi-dry, smooth, honey wine is light and refreshing. This wine has no added sulfites. It's been told that the word "honeymoon" was derived from the gift of Honey Wine given to a bride and groom following their wedding ceremony. It is said honey wine increases virility and fertility and newly married couples were to drink honey wine for a full moon cycle after their wedding to help conceive their first child. Hence, the term "honey-moon."
