Product description

Make life pop with a refreshing glass of crisp Italian Prosecco. Made from the finest Glera grapes in the Prosecco Region of Veneto in Italy, this sparkler was crafted by the soft pressing of grapes with must separated from the skins. It was fermented by Charmat method in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for that refreshing crisp taste. Always serve it chilled and enjoy on its own or as your base for Mimosas. It can be your go-to aperitif or simply just sip it throughout the entire meal. White meats, seafoods and spicy cuisine are great pairings for this type of white wine.

Great taste not as bitter as others. I need a bigger bottle.

I like my prosecco with big bubbles-and the Mionetto is a bit more subtle. Strong taste, a little earthy. For the price (low!) I like Villa Jolanda better.

FAQs

Prosecco is not Champagne, although both are sparkling wines. The main difference is that only sparkling wine crafted in the Champagne region of France can be officially called Champagne. Prosecco is made in Italy with the glera grape and uses a different method for creating the bubbles.
Prosecco tends to have stronger fruit flavors and tends to be a bit sweeter than Champagne. You can find prosecco in many different styles, but the most popular styles are dry (brut), extra dry (extra brut), and the driest wine possible (brut nature).
Yes! Sparkling wine is the key ingredient to this classic cocktail. Just make sure to find a dry prosecco, not a sweet one to craft the optimal cocktail. Prosecco tends to also be far more budget-friendly than Champagne.
