Product description

Josh Cellars sparkling Prosecco was crafted for everyday celebrations. Refreshing effervescence is complemented by flavors of green apple, pear and citrus with a touch of sweetness. Many years ago, Josh Cellars founder Joseph Carr worked at a winery in Italy, falling in love with the country and with Italian wines. In 2019, he partnered with the Pozzi Family – a small family wine producer in Italy – to create our first sparkling wine offer, Josh Cellars Prosecco, as an ode to this beautiful country. Enjoy this Prosecco wine with crispy potato chips, prosciutto and melon, eggs benedict, Thai noodles, or peach galette. Josh Cellars Prosecco is 750ml and the bottle of wine has an 11% ABV. Josh wine is worth sharing with those who matter. The wine has refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit. On the nose, scents of pear, green apples, and citrus. On the palate, the light effervescence provides a vibrant, racy texture.

Truly one of the freshest lightest sensations I’ve had in “ever” in a Prosecco!! Enjoy it! With all the goodies of a mimosa flight or ALL by ITSELF!! Yum!! Priced right too!❤️

Not the worst but not my favorite. Flavor-wise a bit sour. It wasn’t as bubbly as I’d expect.

I loved this Prosecco! It wasn’t super sweet like most of the Prosecco’s I’ve had and didn’t give me a headache.

FAQs

Prosecco is not Champagne, although both are sparkling wines. The main difference is that only sparkling wine crafted in the Champagne region of France can be officially called Champagne. Prosecco is made in Italy with the glera grape and uses a different method for creating the bubbles.
Prosecco tends to have stronger fruit flavors and tends to be a bit sweeter than Champagne. You can find prosecco in many different styles, but the most popular styles are dry (brut), extra dry (extra brut), and the driest wine possible (brut nature).
Yes! Sparkling wine is the key ingredient to this classic cocktail. Just make sure to find a dry prosecco, not a sweet one to craft the optimal cocktail. Prosecco tends to also be far more budget-friendly than Champagne.
