Altadonna Prosecco Superiore is produced from carefully hand-selected grapes sourced from hilltop vineyards in the prestigious Rive district of Conegliano Valdobbiadene in the Prosecco DOCG appellation. This Extra Dry sparkling wine, produced using the Charmat method, possesses fine, persistent bubbles that tickle the palate. Abundant aromas of sweet lemon sherbet, crisp apples and juicy white peaches meld with vibrant acidity on the palate. Subtle saline and mineral qualities, a light touch of yeast, and herbal undertones add complexity to this fresh and well-structured wine of ample body.
