Blend of 95% of Chardonnay and 5% of Pinot Noir carefully selected across Northern California’s finest vineyards in order to capture the essence of the land, beyond Napa Valley. From the first-of-its-kind process to remove yeast sediment with better precision to the delicate maximization of West Coast microclimates, the production of this bubbly beverage is truly an art.
