How to Mix

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice combine bourbon, lemon juice, Cherry Pinot Noir Syrup, and simple syrup
  2. Strain and pour into a glass filled with ice
  3. Garnish with lemon rind and fresh cherries, if desired
To make Cherry Pinot Noir Syrup: In a pan, combine 2 cans Electric Sky Cali Pinot Noir, 2/3 cup cherries, pitted and quartered, and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a simmer over media heat and cook until reduced by half, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and cook until liquid becomes thick and sticks to the back of your spoon, approximately 10 minutes. Let cool. Strain out cherries. Retain cherries, if desired.
