Stiletto Prosecco is produced with grapes grown in the highly renowned vineyards in the northeastern part of Italy that are defined by the Prosecco DOC regulations. The first stage in making Prosecco follows traditional white wine methods. In the second stage, the Charmat method, which allows the wine to go through the second fermentation in pressurized tanks rather than in individual bottles, is used. This shorter, tank fermentation is preferable for Prosecco because it preserves all the freshness and the flavor of the grapes. Color: Bright straw yellow with fine bubbles Aroma: fruity and fragrant with clean notes of citrus, pears and apples. Tasting profile: Crisp, clean and delicate with a fine bead of tiny bubbles on the palate. This is followed by flavors of apple and peaches which lead to a pleasant and balanced finish. Enjoy Stiletto Prosecco on its own as an aperitif or mixed into a favorite cocktail. It’s also delicious served with fish, shellfish or white meat dishes.
