Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Roca Patrón Silver
- 1 oz Sparkling Wine
- 3/4 oz Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Vanilla-Cinnamon Syrup
- Orange Peel for garnish
How to Mix
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except sparkling wine
- Shake well and strain into a champagne flute
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with orange peel
*Vanilla-cinnamon syrup:
Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. For every cup of simple syrup, add one cinnamon stick and half of a vanilla pod and simmer over low heat until a prominent cinnamon-vanilla flavor has developed, about 7 minutes. Chill syrup and store covered in refrigerator for up to a week.
