For the 4 vineyards that are used to make this very elegant and structured sauvignon blanc, 3 are from the dry creek valley and 1 is from the russian river valley. Probably the 2 best areas for growing this wonderful varietal. The grapes were hand picked, whole cluster, pressed and settled over night. the wine was a long cold fermentation, never exceeding 64 degrees to keep all the fabulous characteristics of the grape that was entirely in stainless steel. The aromas are of tropical fruits, candied apples, pears, green apples, melons and much more. the taste has great acidity to compliment any food you serve and is not lacking a full body mouth feel.
