- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Soda Water

How to Mix
- Shake all ingredients but soda in a cocktail shaker
- Strain into highball glass with ice
- Top with soda
