  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces of Sparkling Water
Optional: nutmeg to taste


  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer

How to Mix

  1. Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl and stir to combine
  2. Fill bowl with 2-3 scoops of cocktail ice
  3. Float orange and lime wheels on top of the punch bowl for garnish
  4. Serve in rocks glasses filled with ice and citrus slices
