Rokk Vodka is a Swedish product that uses the unusual method of freeze distillation. Instead of vaporizing the alcohol with heat and condensing it in a still, the mixture is frozen and the alcohol--remaining liquid at temperatures that freeze water (cross reference the Russian habit of keeping vodka in the freezer)--is allowed to filter out of the water ice. It is blended down with glacier water (which Sweden presumably has in abundance) all resulting in what they regard as an "exceptionally smooth" vodka, recommended for sipping on the rocks. Rokk Apple vodka is flavored of apples, which they claim add a "bold combination of sweet and sour." They recommend a mixing with cranberry juice and garnishing with lime.
