Grapes for our 2015 Rosella's Vineyard Pinot Noir were harvested between August 31 and September 9 at 25.6 - 29.4 brix. The juice spent from 22 to 37 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 11 months aging. The wine was racked once, and bottled unfiltered and unfined in August 2016.View all products by Roar Wines
