- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Pomegranate Simple Syrup
Pomegranate Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup pomegranate juice, 1/8 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool. Stores in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
How to Mix
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice
- Shake until cold then strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lemon peel
