This is our Mount Gay take on the traditional Barbadian Rum Punch. Remember our favorite rhyme when crafting your rum punch: one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak, a dash of bitters and a sprinkle of spice, serve well chilled with plenty of ice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse
- 0.75 oz sugar syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz water
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Lime or orange wedge
- Freshly grated nutmeg

How to Mix
- Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass
