This easy dessert martini tastes just like a Mounds bar in a glass! A decadent chocolate and coconut rim makes it extra special.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao (Tempus Fugit recommended)
  • 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum (Malibu recommended)
  • 1 oz. whole milk
  • Semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened flaked coconut, for rim

Tools

  • Shaker
  • Ice cube tray
  • Martini glass

How to Mix

  1. To rim glass, melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth. 
  2. Swirl the edge of a martini glass in the melted chocolate to coat it. 
  3. While the chocolate is still warm, press the rim of the glass into a plate of sweetened flaked coconut so that it sticks. 
  4. Place the glass in the fridge for a few minutes to let the rim harden.
  5. Combine crème de cacao, coconut rum, and milk in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
  6. Strain into the prepared glass and enjoy!
