These grapes, from the best blocks in northern Alentejo, harvested during the cool hours of the early morning were de-stemmed and submitted to cold maceration during 24 hours. Fermented at controlled temperatures in tanks and matured in fine lees. Fined, filtered and bottled to maintain its clean, crisp flavours. Citric colour with golden reflexes.
