Mimosas have certainly gained their fame as your favorite brunch cocktail but we can assure you that they are good for any occasion.  The ratio of orange juice to Champagne is always subject to opinion but make sure both ingredients are chilled for the most refreshing outcome.  Feel free to add a teaspoon of Grand Marnier if you want to make your Mimosa a little more complex.  Last but not least, make sure you're never left brunching without one.  Enjoy.
