I love this scotch so much. I got it as a gift for my birthday and I opened it up as a toast and it is the most amazing thing I've ever had.

This is a very bold scotch that gets better with a splash of water. It does not fit the every night drink for me - more of a special occasion or a night on the deck with friends and a cigar

This is definitely a taste for whiskey lovers. It has a dulled sweetness but it isnt completely eliminated from the product. It is moderately peety but really is full bodied. It is a drink to drink dry or on the rocks - not mixed with a soda!

This is the best whiskey nobody's drinking. I may switch from Aberlour 12 to this. If Highland whiskey is your thing this is worth a try

Oh. My. GAWD!! For a relatively "young" single malt, this scotch is amazing. I've always been a single malt fan but the ones I've had have been aged much longer than this one. You can taste the subtle sherry flavor from the casks it was aged in, it smells sweet, vanilla-y, and a little spicy. It hits the palate warm and rich, then morphs to sweet and full, and has a delightfully spiced finish that lingers just long enough to satisfy.

This is one of my favorites whiskys. The vainilla and fruit flavor are so smooth and great. A great alternative if you like sherry cask whisky. The service couldn’t have been better.

Glendronach has been my go to scotch for some time now. It's oloroso sherry cask finish gives it a rich, smooth relaxing taste. The only problem is that it is so good tht it is hard to put the bottle down.

The 12 year Glendronach was all that I had hoped it would be. After discovering this marvelous single Malt Scotch at a recent tasting aboard our cruise, I knew I had to have a bottle. Happily Drizly carried it and at an affordable price. Received the bottle in 2 days and last night opened it for my first taste! Yes! Smooth with a sweet after taste. You made the evening!

Thank you for making this nice single malt for us to enjoy.

FAQs

Yes, whiskey is gluten-free, thanks to the distillation process used to make it. The Celiac Disease Foundation concluded that it can safely be considered gluten-free, though it’s still possible that some people with high gluten sensitivity or celiac disease could have a reaction to whiskeys created from certain grains.
Whiskey can include a large number of different distilled spirits made from fermented grain mash — usually cereal grains like rye, barley malt, wheat and corn. The drink undergoes aging in wooden containers, most often oak.
One of the reasons whiskey is so popular is that there’s no single way to enjoy it. There’s the purist route — straight and neat, no mixers, no ice — but what fun is being a purist? You can add water to it, which can enhance certain bottles’ flavors or you can add it with other ingredients to make delicious mixed drinks. It’s the foundation of the Manhattan, the Old Fashioned, the Whiskey Sour and many others.
