I ordered at least 8 times, and had them come up with an excuse so they couldn't deliver. They are completely unreliable. Never use this service.

Best sipped straight or on the rocks. Enjoyed this immensely!

Flavorful, smooth rye whiskey. Borderline too spicy to sip neat, but might be good on the rocks.

Another one of my favorites for old fashions. Cant beat it for the price, if you like this, I’d say five 1776 a try. By far my favorite old fashioned rye.

balanced smoothness with loads of flavor, but not in your face. perfect for sipping straight up. would make a great mixer, but don't waste it! great mouthfeel, notes of oak, caramel, smokey vanilla, not too sweet. Did i say smooth? Best for the money by far...heck, best overall by far!!!

I must confess I like Knob creek period.......the rye is a good brew ..sure there are ryes with more bite of the rye spice ;however, this rye once sipped lets you know rye is the grain and yet does not open up your sinuses ...a pleasant whisky with enough oak and rye to kick a bit...it is what I go to when I desire a little change from the excellent nine year old Knob Creek bourbon.......a great sipping whisky after a hard day ..just be responsible ..after all it is a real rye whisky.

FAQs

Yes, whiskey is gluten-free, thanks to the distillation process used to make it. The Celiac Disease Foundation concluded that it can safely be considered gluten-free, though it’s still possible that some people with high gluten sensitivity or celiac disease could have a reaction to whiskeys created from certain grains.
Whiskey can include a large number of different distilled spirits made from fermented grain mash — usually cereal grains like rye, barley malt, wheat and corn. The drink undergoes aging in wooden containers, most often oak.
One of the reasons whiskey is so popular is that there’s no single way to enjoy it. There’s the purist route — straight and neat, no mixers, no ice — but what fun is being a purist? You can add water to it, which can enhance certain bottles’ flavors or you can add it with other ingredients to make delicious mixed drinks. It’s the foundation of the Manhattan, the Old Fashioned, the Whiskey Sour and many others.
