william the sipper Reviewed at knobcreek.comReviewed at knobcreek.comI must confess I like Knob creek period.......the rye is a good brew ..sure there are ryes with more bite of the rye spice ;however, this rye once sipped lets you know rye is the grain and yet does not open up your sinuses ...a pleasant whisky with enough oak and rye to kick a bit...it is what I go to when I desire a little change from the excellent nine year old Knob Creek bourbon.......a great sipping whisky after a hard day ..just be responsible ..after all it is a real rye whisky.
