At Jameson, we’ve been bringing neighborhoods together since 1780. This year we brought Bale Breaker brewing company to Ireland to brew a batch of their signature Topcutter IPA. This beer was used to season Jameson barrels which were then used to finish Jameson – and make Jameson Caskmates Topcutter IPA Limited Edition release. The experiment marries the smoothness of Jameson with the signature Yakima hop character, citrus, fruity and floral flavors. We recommend sipping the beer and whiskey alongside each other.
