Lasanta is Gaelic for 'warmth and passion', a reminder not just of the Spanish provenance of these Oloroso sherry butts, but also a reflection of this expression's lusciously soft texture and deep, enticingly sweet aroma. Glenmorangie has long been known for its expertise in wood. For thirty years, our whisky creators have innovated in the art of extra-maturation, maturing spirit first in ex-bourbon casks, then transferring it into ex-wine casks, so that it could gain further layers of flavour.
