Fine in a chilled lowball glass neat. Might add a little ginger ale with mint or lime if I'm feeling festive. Also my go too for a hot toddy.

Product description
Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch honors the year that Evan Williams founded Kentucky’s First Distillery. This small batch Bourbon is pulled from less than 200 barrels. It’s extra-aged, bottled at 90 proof and uses the same sour mash process and traditional recipe made popular by our namesake, Evan Williams Black Label. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch shares in the heritage of Evan Williams Black Label, which is the second largest selling brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the U.S., as both are named after Kentucky's first distiller. Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch is a brilliant honey with aromas of oaky vanilla, sauteed butter and buttered sweet corn and a taste of semi-sweet oak.

Chris Reviewed at evanwilliams.comReviewed at evanwilliams.comGreat smooth bourbon great with a diet Pepsi has a Carmel and nut taste that works well together. You can tell aged just right with the blending.
Balzafun Reviewed at evanwilliams.comReviewed at evanwilliams.comMy Dad was always an Evan Williams fan and I guess I'm following family tradition. I've become a super fan of the 1783. I try more expensive bourbon and always find I come back home to 1783
