Cheap and effective!! I love Svedka's flavored options and this is just as good. No strong smell or test but it WORKS! New favorite for sure

Like your product. But the tops are so hard to open it's ridiculous. I'll seriously think twice before I buy this again. Maybe you could use easier tops? Jennifer

Not sure if applies to smaller bottles. Anyway, I've been enjoying your fine product for a number of years. I probably shouldn't, but I do. So all of a sudden the past 3 bottles I've ordered I cannot open with my bare hands. I have to use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the bottom part of the cap all the way around, not just in a few places, all the way around with the screw driver. Then I have to use a wrench to unscrew the cap. After that, I'm good to go, but I do feel it's a bit much. I know I'm not what I used to be before the whole covid/lockdown thing, but I'm not that much weaker. Otherwise, obviously I still enjoy your Vodka, or wouldn't exert such effort.

Good vodka ... when you can get the bottle open! Never has an alcohol bottle been so difficult to open because of poor/cheap design! Wish they'd fix this as it's quite ridiculous, charge an extra dollar if need be but fix the darn bottle cap!

Idk what the problem is with your bottles or if they're defective . They're always a bit hard to open but I got one recently that was impossible . Tried everything and it wouldn't budge my hand was legit in pain for days for trying . Had a friend come to town the next day , a very large strong friend . And even then they couldn't open it . We legit had to use a drill to get it open . Haven't had an issue since til yesterday . Same problem . Wouldn't open . Had to drill it and pieces of plastic fell inside just gross and unnecessary . Y'all need to fix this cuz I certainly won't be risking buying another bottle if this is the case .

I enjoy the vodka but could you please not put the cap on so tight.

Sevdka is all I drink. But I ran across at least 7 bottles that I can't get open first I use a knife to cut out the little round thing then I have to use channel locks to get it off. my roommate also. Plus I put it in a plastic bottle immediately because the glass bottle is way too heavy I'm 62. I have wrote you before about this but nothing has changed.I definitely recommend it but they better have a pair of channel locks around to open it.

This has to be the worst bottle cap design ever, you practically have an aneurism trying to unscrew the cap because they don't like the threads up and the plastic freezes to the glass. Every other company has an easy to open bottle, except Svedka. And it's not Covid related, it's been this way forever. I like the vodka once I can get the darn bottle open. Please just fix the bottle, so simple, bottles have been around forever.

I had to take a knife to the cap to open it. I just thought I was weak. Until a week later I go to a birthday and their struggling too. Some of us at the party start to talk about how hard its been o open lately, One girl used a cork screw. hey we struggling here at least put some likes on it for grip
