Product description

In crafting GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka, Cellar Master François Thibault began with the finest lemons, including those grown in the world-renowned Menton region of France. Menton lemons are larger and thicker skinned with a milder and less acidic flavor than their western counterparts, resulting in a superior lemon-flavored vodka. The thicker peels yield higher levels of essential oil, making Menton lemons the favorite of respected French chefs. The lemons are concentrated into a complex citrus oil extract to preserve their bright flavors, then expertly blended with vodka of unparalleled quality, GREY GOOSE. GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka has an exquisitely clean, fresh, bright taste. Adding pristine spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue, naturally filtered through limestone, give this premium vodka an unparalleled smoothness and exceptional taste, with a long, satisfying finish. The finishing touch of citrus oils extracted from the milder, less acidic lemons from the Menton region lends GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka its unique, citrus personality.

I don't drink but is the favorite one of my husband. He said that it's very smooth and you can definitely taste the lemon. He used it in several mixed drinks and it was pretty good. The price is very reasonable. He recommends!

Im not a big drinker and actually prefer wine to hard liquor but when i do have a drink, it is always vodka. Lighter is better and the citron flavor of Grey Goose is perfect mixed with club soda.

I love the taste of Grey Goose. It's clean and crisp and doesn't have that cheap aftertaste like some of the competitors. It is excellent over ice and in cocktails.

Smooth and goes great in the rocks or with any mixed drink you can imagine. I like mixed drinks, so this is the perfect type of vodka for the mixed drinks

I honestly don't know about this one. At first k thought it tasted pretty good, but after I had made a few different drinks with it, it didn't taste that great. Granted the time I was drinking this and had tried it the first time, I unfortunately had a really bad cold so that could've been why lol.

The citron flavor in this vodka adds such a bright flavor to any martini or mixed cocktail. It's light and refreshing. It's so good and smooth you could drink it on the rocks too.

I've been drinking this as my go to Vodka for a few years. It has no artificial lemon/citrus taste r after taste as some other flavored vodkas do. Mixes perfect with sprite or tonic! Unfortunately can be hard to find somethings.

FAQs

The carb count can vary dramatically in flavored vodkas. Some contain no carbs at all, while others like Hpnotiq can contain as many as 11 g of carbs per serving. However, it’s not hard to find flavored vodkas that contain zero carbs — many of these use only natural ingredients and have no added sugar.
Flavored vodka is unlikely to have extra calories compared with plain versions. In a 1.5-oz. shot, 70 proof vodka has 85 calories and 100 proof vodka has 124 calories. However, this can vary — particularly if you confuse flavored vodkas with vodka drinks, which can contain syrups and sugary additives.
In general, the best-flavored vodka cocktails tend to be fruit-based. You can try mixing in things like orange juice, Collins mix, grapefruit juice, Cointreau or triple sec, fresh lemon/lime juice and simple syrup, crushed berries and fruit, margarita mix or lemonade. The sky's the limit, though — because vodka is so neutral, it allows you to get extra creative with your flavors.
Vodkas generally fall into three categories: plain, flavored and fruit vodkas. Flavored vodka is similar to plain but has additional flavors from the distillation process. On the other hand, fruit vodkas can be homemade by infusing fruit inside vodka for 3 to 5 days, shaking it daily and straining the fruit out at the end.
It’s a tough call, but Hanson of Sonoma Meyer Lemon may take the prize for the best-flavored vodka. It evokes the spirit of gin but doesn’t have juniper, which allows the citrus aromas to really shine. Add to that the drink’s black pepper spiciness and you’ve got a complex, dynamic vodka that’s perfect in a dry Martini or other mixed drink.
Cranberry juice is an excellent addition to a wide number of different flavored vodkas, particularly those flavored with citrus fruits like orange, lemon and grapefruit. Cranberry juice’s tart sweetness makes it pair well with most fruit-flavored vodkas, however, including peach, strawberry and others.
Flavored vodka can be drunk straight in shot form, though it’s perhaps best-loved as part of a fruity cocktail drink. Common ingredients you can add include citrus juices like lime concentrate, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice or cranberry juice.
