Product description
Tequila Ocho Reposado is made with 100% blue agave, harvested only when overripe and distilled at La Alteña Distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco. This expression is rested for 8 weeks and 8 days in ex-American whiskey barrels, just over the minimum amount of time as required by law, and giving our Reposado a round, cooked-agave note.

Michele Owen This is a surprising and delicious reposado. Very peppery on the palate, and quite nice. Definitely scarce, and noteworthy. Well worth keeping a bottle or two in stock.

Gerol Verified BuyerVerified BuyerDisappointed. For a resposado, this is extremely subpar. It lacks any of the subtle sweetness associated with a reposado, or any aged tequila. The taste is very dry, and the bite is very strong, but not in a good way like a peppery rep. Slightly Smokey, in a bad way, and it’s not a mezcal. Overpriced- as someone who gladly spends on a great tasting spirit. I’d consider Teramana to be a decent reposado for its $30ish price point. This $50+ tequila is worth around $20 for 750 ml.
