    If you like Captain, you'll love this private stock. It's smooth and tastes great alone or mixed to your liking. So much better than the regular stuff. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

    Purchased this on advice of a friend. I never cared for spiced rum on the rocks before, but this is smooth and well balanced. It's good for the times I don't want the burn of whiskey. This is worth the small premium price.

Aged rum is older rums that have matured and lost a bit of the original liquid from evaporation, but have a more complex character than unaged rum. That amount of liquid that evaporates during aging is affectionately called the 'angels share'.
