I have told many people about high west whiskey. But this one in particular takes the cake, it is by far the best pre mixed cocktail around. Even better is it's still 36% alcohol so while your getting almost the same amount of alcohol as a regular shot, you also get the smooth flavor of a barrel aged Manhattan. Enjoy, and cheers!

High West is Utah’s first distillery, born in 1879. High West created The 36th Vote Barreled Manhattan to commemorate Utah's role in the repeal of Prohibition. This 74-proof Manhattan uses the pre-Prohibition recipe of two parts rye whiskey to one part sweet vermouth and two dashes of bitters. This Manhattan tastes of muddled dried fruit, vinous liquor, spicy rye whiskey, and chocolate-covered cherry with a subtle spiced fruit and slightly sweet finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or stirred and strained with an orange or lemon garnish. Sip Responsibly. RICHARD Verified BuyerVerified BuyerSure, you can make a great manhattan yourself. This one’s probably going to be better and it’s for certain easier. Barrel aging adds roundness and smooths the rough edges, but isn’t an excuse or cover up for low quality raw ingredients. Highly recommended.
