Finally found a Mezcal that isn’t overly smoky and doesn’t overpower the drink. Being a blend of Espadin and Tobala, I found this mixes incredibly well with Grapefruit or swapping out your Tequila for this Mezcal. Also great to sip on with some worm salt.
