Product description
Consisting of eight botanicals (juniper, coriander, Angelica root, orris root, fresh orange peel, bitter orange peel, makrut lime leaves and red Rooibos tea) macerated in a wheat neutral spirit and water from our well on the distillery grounds. Distilled in a 500 liter copper pot still designed by Forsyths in Rothes, Scotland. How our products are consumed is as important to us as how they are made. So, we recruited a team of revered cocktail professionals led by Gary (gaz) Regan, including Jeffery Morganthaler and Leo Robitschek and paired them with our British Master Distiller to help us develop our gin. Specifically designed to enhance the flavors of gin cocktails, our inaugural Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651 is made by macerating botanicals — including juniper, red rooibos tea, and fresh orange peel — to extract their flavors, then non-chill filtering to retain the unearthed profile.
