- London Dry Gin
Sipsmith London Dry Gin elevates any classic cocktail with its quintessential recipe. Just like how we make our gin, the secret to the perfect serve is an attention to detail – pair our London Dry Gin with quality ingredients and take the time to garnish with a carefully sliced zest. Sipsmith was born out of a desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name. With a nod to traditional hand-crafted production, their London Dry Gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller.View all products by SipsmithCalifornia Residents: Click here for Proposition 65 WARNING

Sipsmith is delicious. Alone, with tonic, with Vermouth-doesn't matter. Always succeeds!

Tried this for the first time last night and it makes a great martini

We love tasting new gins, and tried this because it got a 5 stars on 20+ reviews on Drizly. We both found it slightly harsh, slightly synthetic tasting, and not as complex as other gins we tend to enjoy straight up. It is tasty in cocktails but we wouldn’t buy it again.

Side by side g&t with Bombay sapphire, sipsmiths was surprisingly far superior.

An excellent example of a London Dry gin, with perhaps a bit more flavor than most. A nice aromatic nose gives way to a clean, bright, crisp flavor, certainly with noticeable juniper but not overwhelming, leading to a long, balanced finish where one can pick up other botanicals and a clean citrus aftertaste. Made a wonderful Martini, a delicious Negroni, (using Campari and not Aperol), a smashing Gimlet, and a superb and refreshing Gin & Tonic. One of the best gins on the Drizly list—and I have been working through the list during the Covid-19 pandemic!
