At the edge of a lake in a shed in a small Irish town, the ordinary is made extraordinary. Within is the laboratory of PJ Rigney, boundary-pushing begetter of hand-made spirits who slow distills gin with natures finest oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea. Crafted at The Shed Distillery, PJ used medieval copper pot stills in a quest to fuse eastern botanicals, fruits and herbs with local Irish plants.     Sooo good... This is a must try with fresh cut grapefruit and a dash of premium tonic. Even better in Gin Martini’s with a splash of dry vermouth and some olives.... YUM!
