The Denver distillery focuses on producing exceptional hand-crafted premium spirits, from grain to bottle. The facility uses a state-of-the-art German-built Kothe still to ensure quality, and whenever possible, ingredients and materials are sourced locally. The result is small batches of the highest quality spirits, time and time again. Bear Creek Distillery's lineup starts with the brand's flagship Straight Bourbon, which is mashed, fermented, distilled and matured in-house in American white oak barrels for at least two years. The result is a dark mahogany bourbon with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of clove, spice, cereal grains and fruit, all of which culminate in an exceptionally smooth finish. Other Bear Creek Distillery spirits include Rye Whiskey, Wheated Bourbon, White Whiskey, Wheat Whiskey, Silver Rum, Cask Strength Rum, 100% Wheat Vodka and 100% Rye Vodka. The distillery also releases limited-edition batches throughout the year, experimenting with different grain combinations and finishing techniques. We'll raise a glass to that!
