- 1 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 part Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 3 Anjou Pear Slices
- 2 parts Perrier Sparkling Water

How to Mix
- Build in an oversized cabernet wine glass with lots of ice
- Add Grey Goose Le Poire Vodka and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Add fresh lime juice
- Top with chilled soda water
