Sangiovese Grosso and Merlot are the selected grapes to produce the taste of Sant'Antimo Rosso. The 2004 Rosso Sant'Antimo (next year will be 2005 and so on afterwards is 100% Sangiovese that has not been aged in oak after fermenting in steel vats.
