Much work done by hand and good knowledge of the fruits and their special taste picture are the prerequisite for this, that distillates of brilliance and great fruitiness can be won. After cleaning of the fruits they are mashed and for the purpose of an optimal preservation of the pure fruit taste fermented at controlled temperature. The distillation process is carried out according to the traditional way in copper kettles. Gölles distillates are been distilled at least two times. This distinguishes them quite fundamentally of other distillates because 99.9% of all spirituous drinks are produced according to methods in one single operation with an essential less charming result.
